  1. How EAP/EAL will support individuals, couples and/or families in developing healthy relationships
  1. How EAP/EAL can support the development of responsibility and accountability
  1. How EAP/EAL aid in overcoming barriers to find change
  1. How EAP/EAL can aid in the development of decision making skills
  1. How EAP/EAL can support the use of appropriate risks to move out of comfort zone
  1. How EAP/EAL increases use of effective communication—both verbally and non-verbally
