Showing of award winning documentary Paper Tigers

Here’s an upcoming event you may be interested in – especially if you work with children.  Jim Sporleder, principal of Lincoln High School, in Walla Wall, WA, will be in Charleston for a showing of his award winning documentary Paper Tigers.  Paper Tigers follows a year in the life of an alternative high school that has radically changed its approach to disciplining its students, becoming a promising model for how to break the cycles of poverty, violence and disease that affect families.

This free event, sponsored by Crittenton Services, Inc. and UniCare, will take place on Tuesday evening, September 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Theatre at the Charleston Civic Center. A question and answer session with Mr. Sporleder will follow.

To reserve your seat, please RSVP to rsvp@crittentonservices.com or visit https://www.tugg.com/events/paper-tigers-with-jim-sporleder.
